Ashley Carr

Ashley is a seasoned products liability and commercial litigator with deep experience in risk prevention and disputes involving life sciences, AI, and software. She has advised numerous Fortune 500 organizations on implementing enterprise-wide AI policies and has helped develop enterprise compliance strategies for some of the largest corporations in their transition to AI-enabled practices.

Allen Waxman

With over 35 years of experience in the boardroom, courtroom, and alternative dispute resolution venues, Allen has been a trial lawyer, national counsel in mass tort cases, counsel to the C-suite and boards, and the CEO of a dispute resolution organization. Allen served as Head of Litigation and General Counsel of Pfizer; General Counsel and a Business Unit Leader of Market Access at Eisai, a Japanese-based pharmaceuticals company; and General Counsel of Roivant Sciences, a biotech startup. He most recently led the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR), where he focused on dispute management across industry sectors, such as healthcare and life sciences, energy, oil and gas, insurance, and technology.  Allen currently helps lead DLA Piper’s AI transformation efforts while providing legal guidance for the firm’s AI Innovation team.
