DLA Piper is pleased to invite you to its 2021 Virtual M&A Academy.

Following the success of last year’s Virtual M&A academy we have decided to run the DLA Piper M&A academy in a virtual format again this year, although we hope to return to an in person format again next year.

The M&A Academy is aimed at junior to mid-level professionals who work in corporate finance, private equity, in-house legal teams and the strategy departments of corporates. The M&A Academy provides an overview of the key stages of the M&A process and will also look at the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on M&A deals.

Handling more M&A transactions than any other law firm globally (Mergermarket) for each year over the past eleven years, we are delighted to share our unique insight into what's “market” with you.

We will be running daily sessions via Zoom on Monday 27 – Thursday 30 September 2021, beginning at 9:30am and ending by 11am. Much of the content is broadly standalone, so it is not imperative to attend every session. However, the sessions are intended to follow a logical order through the M&A process.
