More about WIN's Future Legal Leaders Programme

Who is it aimed at?

Future Legal Leaders is one element of our broader WIN programme tailored to supporting those beneath General Counsel or Head of Legal level with personal skills development. We appreciate that all in-house lawyers, no matter where they are on their in-house journey, will have on-going training, development and networking needs. We are always delighted to welcome GC's who feel they require the support or simply a refresh of their "soft skills".

How do I get involved?

This programme is shaped entirely by feedback from our in-house community. You can suggest topics or events at any time by emailing win@dlapiper.com. It is also driven by a dedicated Future Leaders Committee - a group of in-house lawyers who have elected to help us shape the agenda. If you would like to register your interest in joining our committee, please contact us. Most importantly, ensure you are a registered member of WIN so you receive upcoming training and networking invitations.

What our clients are saying

I think WIN is a very interesting initiative and unique to DLA Piper. In-house lawyers need a perspective on wider business issues rather than legal training
